BULLDOG BURGER

Named after its namesake owner, Miami celeb chef Howie “Bulldog” Kleinberg, Bulldog Burger is the sister restaurant and next-door neighbor to Kleinberg’s wildly successful Bulldog Barbecue in North Miami.  Opened spring 2011, Bulldog Burger is serving the chef’s can’t-be-beat hand-crafted burgers and sides.  Mouthwatering signature burgers include the bold flavors and creative combinations for which Kleinberg is known, including the French Bulldog, Mexicali Blues, The Hawaii Five-O, and The Honky Tonk Woman .

Branded “Bulldog” because of his take-no-prisoners persona on the Miami season of Bravo’s Top Chef, Kleinberg (35) has won over locals and visitors with his dedication to giving people the great food they want at prices they can afford. And while there are separate menus, guests can choose between the North Carolina-inspired barbecue and juicy burgers at the new venue.
