Bulldog Burger:  Named after its namesake owner, Miami celeb chef Howie “Bulldog” Kleinberg, Bulldog Burger is the sister restaurant and next-door neighbor to Kleinberg’s wildly successful Bulldog Barbecue in North Miami.  Opened spring 2011, Bulldog Burger is an intimate, 1,000 square foot space seating 70 and serving the chef’s can’t-be-beat hand-crafted burgers and sides.  Mouthwatering signature burgers include the bold flavors and creative combinations for which Kleinberg is known, including the French Bulldog with bacon, caramelized onions, brie, crispy onions and Dijon mayo and the Mexicali Blues with chorizo-spiced beef, avocado, fried pickled jalapenos, queso fresco, and chipotle mayo. The Hawaii Five-O comes with crispy ham, roasted pineapple, pepper jack cheese and house-made “Big Kahuna” sauce. The Honky Tonk Woman is comprised of fried bologna, American cheese, coleslaw, fried pickles and Bulldog BBQ sauce. 

Appetizers and sides are still in development, and Kleinberg hopes to wow diners with his down-home desserts including house-made floats, shakes, sundaes and frozen custard.  Branded “Bulldog” because of his take-no-prisoners persona on the Miami season of Bravo’s Top Chef, Kleinberg (35) has won over locals and visitors with his dedication to giving people the great food they want at prices they can afford.  Bulldog Burger boasts a rustic, comfortable décor, sporting a casual look and feel that complements Bulldog Barbecue’s design.  And while there are separate menus, guests can choose between the North Carolina-inspired barbecue and juicy burgers at the new venue. 

Bulldog Burger is located at 15400 Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 106 in North Miami, next door to Bulldog Barbecue.  The restaurant serves lunch and dinner daily.
